Join us for a day celebrating books, storytelling, creativity, and community. Applications are now open for authors interested in participating in the 2027 Impact Book Festival.
Author spaces are $50 and include one 6-foot table and up to two chairs.
Applications will remain open until all available author spaces are filled.
Before You Apply
We’re excited to welcome authors back for the 2027 Impact Book Festival! To create a varied and engaging experience for our guests, author spaces are limited within each genre and book category.
Applications are reviewed as they are received and will remain open until all available spaces are filled. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
What’s Included
• One 6-foot table
• Up to two chairs
• Author space for the full festival
• Opportunity to sell books and book-related merchandise
• Inclusion in festival promotion as applicable
Author Fee: $50
There is no fee to apply. Accepted authors will receive payment instructions by email. Please do not submit payment until you have been accepted.
A Few Things to Know
One Author Per Table
Each author space is intended for one author unless special arrangements have been approved in advance.
A Curated Mix of Authors
We have a limited number of spaces available within each genre and book category. This helps us offer festival guests a broad variety of books and authors to discover.
Books + Bookish Goods
Authors are welcome to sell their books along with book-related merchandise from their table.
Authors Come First
Impact Book Festival is first and foremost a celebration of authors and books. Vendor spaces may be offered after our author spaces have been filled.
Author Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that submission does not guarantee acceptance. Author spaces are limited, including the number available within individual genres and book categories.
Accepted authors will pay a $50 nonrefundable author fee, which includes one 6-foot table and up to two chairs. Each table is intended for one author unless special arrangements have been approved in advance. Author spaces may be transferred to another author with prior approval from Impact Arts Council.
Authors may sell books and book-related merchandise and are responsible for their own inventory, sales transactions, payment processing, and applicable taxes. Authors are expected to remain set up for the full festival from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
Table locations are assigned by Impact Arts Council based on genre, audience, accessibility needs, and the overall festival layout. Additional festival information and payment instructions will be provided to accepted authors.
