After-School Art in Kimberly

Give them something creative to look forward to after school.

Impact Arts Council’s After-School Art program gives students in grades 2–8 a welcoming place to create, try new art techniques, and explore their own ideas—all in a small-group setting right here in Kimberly.

Choose Your After-School Art Class

Grades 2–5

Tuesdays • 3:45–4:45 PM

A fun, encouraging art class where young artists can experiment, create, and build confidence. Students will explore a variety of art materials and techniques while making projects that leave plenty of room for their own creativity.

Small class • Maximum 14 students

Grades 6–8

Tuesdays • 5:00–6:00 PM

A creative space designed especially for middle school students who enjoy drawing, painting, designing, and making. Students will explore new materials and techniques while developing their own ideas and artistic style.

Small class • Maximum 14 students

Fall After-School Art Session

October 20–December 15
Tuesdays • 8 weeks

$25 per class • $200 for the full session

All art supplies are included—just bring your young artist ready to create!

Students may join after the session has started if space is available. Tuition will be prorated at $25 for each remaining class.

What to Expect

Each week, students will explore a new project designed to introduce different art materials, techniques, and creative ideas.

This isn’t about everyone making the exact same thing. Students will learn new skills, experiment with materials, and have room to make each project their own.

Along the way, they’ll build creative confidence, practice problem-solving, and—most importantly—have fun making art.

All supplies are included. No previous art experience is needed.

Before You Register

A few things to know before signing up:

  • After-School Art is a drop-off program. Parents or guardians do not need to stay during class.

  • Class size is limited to 14 students.

  • All art supplies are included in tuition.

  • No previous art experience is needed.

  • Students should wear clothes that are okay for making art—we may get a little messy!

  • Registration is for the full 8-week session. Students joining after the session begins will pay the prorated rate of $25 per remaining class.

After registration, families will receive a New Student Packet with everything they need for the first day, including drop-off and pick-up procedures, program policies, emergency information, and required forms.
